I am a licensed Psychologist registered with the Portuguese Order of Psychologists ( OPP) as a practitioner.

I have worked  therapeutically with all kinds of clients, from different backgrounds and ages.

I work from a integrative perspective, that means I am trained in a number of different modalities, and will develop a therapeutic approach that meets your individual needs.

I am very interested in how the early relationships with our caregivers ( and our attachment style) may shape our future relationships and ability to self regulate our own emotions. This understandings helps to form the approach that you will need.

I use different theories and perspectives so I can help you to get a better understanding of your behaviors, thoughts and feelings ( from Psychodynamic to CBT, Attachment Theory or Schema Therapy).
